I have no experience in photofinishing business. Do you provide training/consultation in the business operation procedure?

Included in the package for new machine purchases is an extensive equipment operation-training for the Photoshop owners or to its operators. All trainees will undergo training at the NPI office under the supervision of our Japan-trained technical engineers. To ensure machine operation proficiency, all trainees are graded at the end of the training period. For this reason, all operators after undergoing training are ensured of adeptness in handling the machine operations.

Training, however, will depend on the available machine at the NPI office. In case the trainee wishes to train on a different model, NPI will recommend for the training to be conducted on its Head Office in Japan.
